Recovery Time Is the Number That Matters
Ask two questions of any backup: how long until we are working again, and how much of yesterday is gone. Everything else is detail.
We design to those two answers. For most of our clients that means a virtual copy of their servers that can be running somewhere else the same morning, and file-level restore when only one document was lost.
Services
How It Works
Snapshot backup
Whole-system images taken through the day, so a bad update or a ransomware infection can be rolled back to before it started.
File-level restore
One deleted folder or one overwritten spreadsheet back in minutes, without restoring a whole server to get it.
Off-site virtualization
Your servers brought up at another location when the office is unusable, so work continues from wherever your team is.
Email and document recovery
Individual mailboxes and document libraries restored without dragging the rest of the organization back in time.
Tested restores
We restore on a schedule and keep the record. An untested backup is a belief, not a plan.
Written recovery plan
Who calls whom, what comes back first, and how long each step takes, agreed before you need it.
Ransomware Made This Urgent
Most incidents now involve data being encrypted rather than a drive failing.
A backup that is reachable from the network is a backup an attacker can encrypt too. Ours is separated, and it sits alongside the cybersecurity work that keeps intruders out in the first place. If your systems are in the cloud, that copy still needs its own protection.
Let's Talk About Your Technology
If you cannot answer either one, that is worth an hour of our time and yours.
